What a terrible product. I have never received such a terrible product from Revain. There were no instructions at all and all the screws were different sizes. Extremely cheaply made. I couldn't even screw the seat base in properly because if I screwed it all the way in, the screw would stick out at the top. Parts of the fabric even felt dirty and slimy. I didn't feel safe letting my cat use it. Garbage. I never write reviews but this time I felt I had to.
