Hello! This necklace was purchased as a graduation present for a family friend. I am very happy with how the necklace looks and how well it has turned out after rubbing off some very light stains from the pendants. One of the things I had a BIG issue with, and you can even see it in the photo the company uses to advertise this particular product, is that the word "Congratulations" is misspelled. The necklace card reads "Congratulations". I had to make my own personalized congratulations tag to place over the misspelling and add the message "Follow Your Dreams" to complement the already sentimental message included in her necklace card. I didn't like how thick and rough the included cleaning cloth was and was skeptical about using it to remove fingerprints. Instead, I used a glasses cleaning cloth, which worked great. Also, I was a little disappointed that the necklace wasn't on the postcard when I opened the box. But because of the spelling mistake on the card and the need to correct it, it didn't matter much. I would be interested to know how quickly the chain or pendant will fade over time. If so, then I will probably not buy from this company again. We'll see how it goes. Hope that helps.
