The best part is that they are always willing to help you with any question or problem, even if it's something as simple like an icon color change! I've had multiple issues over time where their support team has been very helpful in solving those problems - sometimes within minutes of requesting assistance from them via chat/email (sometimes taking longer). Sometimes there can be some lag between when we see our changes reflected online vs what actually happens at runtime which causes us confusion about whether things have changed properly after uploading code updates etc., but this seems more related to how fast my network connection gets around updating front end content than anything else so nothing really negative here either way :) They do all-inclusive monthly plans now too instead of one off payments per month - super convenient especially since most companies don't provide much flexibility wtihout paying out upfront.
