I think this headband is great for the price. I'll say it won't fit perfectly depending on the phone you have, but that doesn't really matter. I have an iPhone 7 and remove the wallet before using the bandage as it fits very snugly in the bulky case. Without a case, there is room for a phone. It has room for one key, but it literally has to be a flat key, you can't put multiple keys on a keychain there. As far as it keeps the phone secure, it does a great job. I've used it on both my bare arm and over long sleeve tops and either way it stays in place and doesn't slip off. Very happy with this product!
