Product arrived used with stains and hair. Apparently sent back and just repackaged, which annoys me a lot. I'll get back to you and try to replace it and let you know how the company fixes it here. UPDATE: I returned the original item and received another one today. However, there is a new problem with this. I ordered WHITE, the packaging says white but it's clearly off-white, which is what is advertised. I emailed them to let them know that I think they have some quality control issues as 2/2 of my order had to be returned. I'm really upset, the quality seems good and if it was WHITE like I ordered I would keep the second one but it's so far from WHITE that I don't have an option to keep it :( If you want to turn down white, I suggest ordering white, otherwise you may end up with an off-white version, which may be too yellow, unless they package the products incorrectly, I have attached 2 photos, one with a white sheet Paper and white linen to show the difference in what they call white in case anyone wants to order so your expectations are clear before you buy.
