I'm giving one star because it's nice and easy to set up, but other than that it's useless. I was happy about my first fitness bracelet. My BPM and blood pressure seemed to project well, but after 24 hours of use, my steps keep resetting throughout the day. Note that this device must have a phone app. So if I wanted to track the steps, it's useless. I hope the manufacturer takes care of it. I wish I had bought one with more reviews now. To update. After my verification, the seller immediately contacted me to see if there was anything they could do and offered to send another bracelet. So I'm upgrading my rating from one star to four. Didn't get a new band but customer service was great.
