One bulb fell apart
2 packs, one bulb 6 months installed and still working fine as a brake light in my Volvo. I wanted to install the second light but the glass came loose from the cartridge when I took it out of the box. I kept the bulb in the back of the car to allow the heat to affect it and allow the glue to dry, or it was a manufacturing defect.
