You have to know what you're doing.

I loved the quality of the kit and the variety of parts included but the instructions or no instructions didn't help and I ended up throwing my jacket away after permanently ruining the zip. Please note that the handle parts for closing or releasing the zipper teeth are not flexible and will break if you try to change the lateral distances.
