To be honest I am very impressed with the quality and size of this bag. It's a lot bigger than I expected and it has so many different pockets and zippers. I travel quite a bit and it will be great no matter how I use it. If I use it for a day, a weekend or a whole trip, it will be a good sized bag for easy travel. I'll be using it on a plane for my trip to Ecuador next week and as you can see I've already started packing. Not only could I fit all my "travel essentials" like snacks, chargers and all. I was also able to fit a few days' worth of clothes, a pair of shoes, an entire boat. This should fit in the top compartment and still allow me to carry a small bag to put under the seat. I know the price may be high for some people, but I promise it's worth it. It's just that the quality of the bag matches the price you pay. Think of it more like a suitcase than a backpack and it's worth it. It is also convenient to carry it on your back and still take a regular suitcase with you when you go on a long trip and need to take a lot of things with you.
