I bought the full pack and started with black. My jaw muscles hurt but after 2 days of use it wasn't enough and I moved on to the next one. Again 2 days later I am now using the hardest. So maybe you just buy the red one. I'm not sure if this really changes my jaw line, but it's definitely a good exercise to strengthen the jaw muscles. one of the good unnecessary things!
