I feel completely confused, cheated and just plain stupid for spending about $16-$20 (including purchase at price ($13) and shipping). to buy such a small bottle of the product. I was surprised at the size (and believe me ladies, size does matter in this case) because it looked a lot bigger in the picture. If you have long or curly hair you are in luck using this bottle 3 times and that makes it a bad value. I can't say anything about the effect as I've only used it for the first time. I can say that I noticed that none of the ingredients are easy to pronounce, so I cannot say that it is a natural product. The hair is softer than before, but after washing it off I have to tell you about it. Not entirely happy with the price, I feel totally cheated.
