I bought this in May of 2021, it's now March of 2022 and this morning was just my last straw. I don't wash my face every day or anything because it's just a lot of work to get out of bed and do my face 10 minutes before school. Even during the pandemic when things were shut down I was tired and my acne wasn't terrible so I haven't used it consistently every day (i still wash my face with some water in the morning though I'm not a heathen yall). It stopped working around November or December, I figured it was my batteries, but it wasn't. The inside was rusted and I'd have to push down the button the entire time to make it spin. Today I spent five minutes with my face wash sitting on my face trying to get it to turn on. It's ridiculous, switch to a different brand with the same product idea. I'm tired of trying to push through with it, it's definitely time to switch
