I am very impressed and happy. The packaging made it clear to me that this is an official Herschel product and I had no doubts straight away (because you don't want to be fooled!). The bag is cute. Purpose I like the strap, it has a comfortable shoulder strap for the main body that would normally dig into your skin if it was too thin or too wired. Ergonomics at its finest. The bag has a nice color, the material is strong and sturdy. I also ordered a fanny pack (bum bag), and the same thing. Brand new in great packaging No problems Fast shipping Would order again!
