This camera kept driving me nuts with a screen freezing issue so I had to put it in returning it a little over 3 days after I received it, I even wrote a letter to the company to explain that the camera is having such an incredible problem because the guy on the phone told me they don't charge for restocking would if the camera had a problem but they still charged me $15 I guess no matter what. Reason for return will still be charged 15%. Just stay away from this company, DataVision Computer Video. I went to Bestbuy and bought an Olympus waterproof camera with no risk of a restocking fee and I can return it within 14 days, plus it's the same price as online (bestbuy.com only). Good service mattered. By the way, I've been using Sony Sybershot for many years, but this DSC-W310 is very cheap, the back of the camera is all plastic, very cheap, and this screen freezing problem is a big headache, only my old Sybershot has it 7, 2 MP, but it's much better and the picture is much clearer than this one. I am so disappointed that I had to switch to another brand.
