Background: I sit 85-95% of my day whether it be at work, commuting home, school etc. I also try to be active but lately I was told by a chiropractor that I struggle with "flat back syndrome" where the spine loses its natural curve due to postural issues. actually everything now. I use it while driving, on my office chair, sitting while studying, etc. I can feel the difference in my posture. I would recommend intervals of 15 minutes on and maybe 45 minutes off to allow the body to gradually get used to it.
