It's easy to set up, has good range of capabilities and is always there when needed. I like that it can be managed via web browser or console application without any additional software. Also, since you are paying monthly for service usage, that also means they do not make their money from initial setup fee and then try to charge your credit card as much as possible at every invoice date. For me all in one solution so i don't need to have multiple solutions running at once time. The software is very easy to use as it can be used by anyone who has basic computer skills. It makes protecting your website or business from cyberattacks much easier than if you had to hire professionals for this task only. I have not come across any downsides so far but i am sure there are some that we dont know yet. We were able to protect our websites from hackers without having to pay expensive subscription fees every month.
