This unit worked well but I'm glad I read the reviews. Removing the wiper arm from my 2005 Chrysler was harder than I thought. Before purchasing the tool, I tried various tricks I found on the net, but to no avail. Reviews noted that the handle is weak and bends. One rating suggested penetrating oil and patience. It was good advice. The handle tends to bend, but that's not a problem with the handle. This indicates that the lever is indeed tight, and a light tap on the side of the lever can do wonders once the tool is tight.
