First of all I have to say that I really like this bag. It contains everything I need, and even without the purse organizer that I bought separately, it's easy to find what I need. It's durable and will hold the frame by itself. The only criticisms I'd have are these: I'm not sure how strong the shoulder strap holders are. When used as a shoulder bag over time, I worry that the stitching that attaches the gold rings that hold the shoulder strap will not hold up well, so I limit the use of the shoulder strap. I also think someone else mentioned that the opening isn't that big - the zip goes through the top, not the sides, which limits the width you can open. I thought it would be a problem for me, but it's no big deal. Finally, the buckle at the top is a nice touch and belongs to the bag, but isn't very practical for accessing the contents of the bag on your way to work. I work in New York and live on Long Island and sometimes when I'm going between subways and trains I need to get things out of my bag and the buckle gets a bit in the way. Even though I have expressed some criticism, I am still very satisfied with this bag. I originally wanted to go for a dark blue one, but when I saw the black floral pattern I fell in love. I would recommend this bag.
