To be honest I don't know what to think of these braces. It wasn't the best. The metal inserts don't hold up that well, and I'm not a big fan of braces that can be used for both left and right hands, although it's handy if you switch hands, they're not designed for one hand or the other, so holes with both sides for your left or right thumb don't make them as good as a wrap. I have extreme carpal tunnel syndrome and have extreme discomfort and need braces at night so I'm a lot more mindful than a lot of people. may be. These are typical braces with velcro so you can adjust the tightness and metal inserts to keep your wrist straight which is especially important for someone like me. For the money this is a decent clip. I've only tried using it a few times but found I only needed one made specifically for each hand.
