Not very strong (we have a double bed - one on each side of the bed. It might be better if you attach those to the base of the bed, I don't). I assembled it a little wrong, then had to reassemble it (although it's easy to disassemble, so no headaches). I wish we could just wipe the bag to have it inside, or we have it too low/short to wipe inside when needed (I wanted to keep a water bottle within reach but can't - I have used a bedside table before but can't reach it now lol). It gets stuck on lowering/raising, if you try to do it in one go on each side you actually have to rock back and forth a few times to gradually lower or raise it. We had to CHANGE our intended part to the end. didn't line up with the ends of the railing which was quite annoying, wish we could adjust it a bit. It does its job (the baby never fell) but it doesn't stay quite straight when she bumps into it and it's not as strong as I would have hoped for the price.
