I was searching for some low cut socks to wear with mostly activewear shoes, workout shoes and even crocs. These work well for that. They are snug for me as a size 10 foot using the smaller size, you might want to try the larger size instead. The material is quite thin. Under standard home lights I can see through it almost. That really gives me pause as to how long these will last. I've been through about 4 wash cycles now without issue, but again, don't expect padded and cushy socks here. These seem to serve the purpose only to wick away sweat from your feet.On the plus side, they have small silicone or rubber lines on the inside of the back ankle. This makes they absolutely stay on the foot and in position no matter how much my foot moves around in my shoe. I've not had any no-slip socks with that before and I -really- like that feature.Should these not end up lasting a long time, at least they were not expensive. Then again, I'm used to large packs of ankle cotton socks that have more padding and comfort, so with less material here, will they last?
