My family and I have been regular and satisfied AMAZON customers for many years. I hope AMAZON will refund me this screen I am returning. I gave this product and Pyscreen a 0 rating. The description of the website, the photos of the product packaging and the instructions for use do not match the screen in the product packaging. The instructions emailed to me by Pyscreen are in WORD format and are not compatible with my iMAC. JUST SEND ME A REFUND AFTER RECEIVING THE RETURNED PRODUCT. I emailed Pyscreen the following. On your website you claimed that the screen is for an iPad, the tablet I have. The screen is on a laptop, not a 12.9-inch iPad Pro. In addition, the image of the screen on the box does not look like the screen of the product in the box, and the instructions for attaching the screen do not match the screen product in the box. The description on your website definitely describes a screen that will fit the iPad Pro, THIS IS NOT! Screen cutouts do not fit iPad Pro, it is not designed for 12.9 inch iPad Pro. Over the years I have purchased and installed all types of screens for all of my electronics. I have never had any problems with the screens or their use.
