No, these cartridges are NOT compatible with the advertised Canon iB4120 printer. The cyan cartridge I installed is not dispensing ink and the instructions (on both the cartridges and the printer) say you cannot remove the cartridge until it is empty. Since the ink will never run out, I ended up with your simple Catch-22 with bizarre printouts that have removed all colors on the red side of the spectrum and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix this. I know it's tempting to buy those "fake" cartridges because they cost 1/3 the price of the real ones (hey, I fell for that). but the most expensive cartridge is the one that doesn't work, in which case I may have to replace the printer as well. No more fake cartridges for me.
