This is quite a large CD holder in terms of physical size and CD capacity. I like that it opens flat which some CD holders don't. I hate it when you try to get a CD while driving and the case keeps closing. As I said, I was surprised at how big it is despite reading the dimensions. I'm just not that good at sizing. If you have the space, this is a good case for the price. It feels a little flimsy, a little cheaply made but it works great and hasn't fallen apart on me for 6 months. The internal CD holders are made of fairly typical plastic. Mostly I've seen a V-shape to make it easier to insert and eject CDs.
