The best thing about virtueltaime is that it has all the features needed in an enterprise environment (security, monitoring, reporting). Even if you need more advanced functionality like integration with other tools or with your ERP system - they provide support! If we have any problems during implementation process they are very quick to respond and help us out. We had some minor issues while setting up our server but they solved them within few hours. I would definitely recommend this software for any size of organization as long as you know what you're doing before going live.
