Reduced eye fatigue.
I sit in front of my computer ALL DAY. Wearing it absolutely reduces eye fatigue. The glasses came with a little blue LED to indicate they were blocking, which I thought was pretty cool. Without a doubt, in this world when you sit at home and work on your computer all day, you must have one of these glasses.
