Dental floss did a good job but the water ran out quickly. I was using it twice a day for ten months when it spontaneously turned on after charging while my wife was in the bathroom. I tried to get it to stop and eventually it did but it had a mind of its own and eventually it wouldn't turn off for about a minute and still started spontaneously with or without water or at the push of a button. In any case, the search for the best continues.
