Worn 500 miles on a heavy touring bike and gloves show no signs of wear. I can't see anything but a few loose stitches. When I saw the shiny, grippy material on my index fingers and thumb, I thought it had rubbed off and burned on the first ride. Ride time is 35 to 40 hours if I hold the wheel and it's still shiny. No velcro to wear out or get stiff after washing, comfortable and airy, have ordered 2 more pairs.
