The packaging was opened before being packed for shipping. This is the reason for the rating of 4 instead of 5 stars. Fortunately, nothing obvious is missing and the device works perfectly. The first step was to load Ubuntu Linux on it instead of the pre-installed Windows OS. All peripherals worked flawlessly with no extra effort to install drivers or tweak configurations.
