Love randomly ordering a large but am still satisfied although a medium would be perfect. I'm 5'7", waist 155 pounds, athletic build 32". The belt fits well, not tight like some others. The fabric is a bit thin but I took it as a base layer so it fit me. You might consider running them on a gentle wash cycle for longevity. There are also matching shirts for the overall look.
