When I first received them and tried them on I thought maybe I should have gone up a size as I wasn't sure if they stayed up while I slept in bed. That's why I bought them - wear at night and moisturize at night. Just saying I thought I should have gone up a size as the cuff ends just above your leg and feels short and may not say "put on". But they stayed in place all night with no problems. But I don't think I have a restless sleep. The actual size I received fit my foot really well. The gel is on all sides of the sock - for good coverage. It also smelled very neutral - which is great as some other similar products have an odd smell. All you have to do is wear it like a stocking (roll up from the sock) to ensure you have even coverage and slide your foot in easily. I woke up and they were still on. My legs were great. Taking them off your legs made your legs softer. Then I'll try applying some of my moisturizer with them and see how it works. But they seem to work fine on their own.
