With love! All I feel is love for this mug. So much so that we have 2 of them, one always filled with cold tea, the other infused with water. I was very nervous before purchasing based on reviews of the lid just popping out or not closing. I decided to buy it anyway because you can return it at any time. It turns out these people don't notice the email this company sends after you place an order or the paperwork that came with the jar. It clearly states that you do not twist or twist the lid when you put the lid on as it will simply fall off. They fit perfectly so you put them on straight away and don't have to mess with them. I accidentally turned it over and it made a sliding noise when I tried to put it back in the fridge, so I checked and made sure the lid wasn't closed. But it was my fault. Before you write reviews of people, follow the instructions. We use it everyday and love it :)
