I like several features of this audio receiver/amplifier. My main need is for a receiver that allows the use of an external antenna as I live far out of town about 75 miles from the stations I want to listen to and being able to plug it into my external antenna allows me to to connect these stations. pure. I also like that it allows for multiple inputs, including Bluetooth and extra lines; That means I can plug it into my TV's headphone jack for better sound when watching movies and TV shows. The included remote control has limited functionality - you can toggle between FM radio, Bluetooth and one of the AUX inputs, but you have to manually press the switch to turn on the others. This is a disadvantage that I gladly accept for the low price of the receiver. Another problem with the remote control is the low power consumption; You must be within 6 feet of the amplifier and pointing the remote directly at the detector for the remote to work; When I'm that close, it's easier to just bend over and manually adjust the controls. Bluetooth works at a distance of about 50 feet with no obstacles, which suits my needs well. It takes time to create a pair, but after it's done, it will be permanent. I will also argue that the quoted exit volume is MUCH overpriced. I've been dealing with speakers and consumer amplifiers for over 40 years and the output specs don't give you enough volume to calculate based on RMS and peak power. So keep that in mind when purchasing. If you're looking for a flexible receiver/amplifier that delivers medium volume, this is worth considering.
