Dared this "new" stool idea. It's hard to trust something that hasn't been used for thousands of years. Surprisingly, it does exactly what it promises. The only thing I haven't tested is the max capacity, but I keep around 200 and never worry it will crash. It comes with a good carrying strap. It is very convenient to fold and carry from one end of the house to the other. I bought it for my 70 year old mother and she uses it all the time. It's a good height so your feet can be on the floor. The seat is made of hard plastic, so you decide how comfortable you will be. If it were possible, I would like a small foam cushion on the seat.
