When I took this bag out of the box I was a bit worried about the slippery surface. And the part surrounding the iPad feels pretty thin - not good in terms of drop protection. It took some effort to fit the iPad into the case, but it finally snapped into place. I wanted to ignore these issues but had to return the case as it didn't work with my iPad. I followed the instructions and the blue light was flashing, but I still got the "pairing failed" message. Now I have to deal with label printing and a 30-minute drive to the nearest UPS location. :(
