Difficult and too difficult to set

I did a lot of research to find the right color for my dog. I saw good reviews about this collar. I ordered a collar and it was VERY big (although I ordered the wrong size here). I tried tweaking it and making it smaller, but it didn't get small enough. In addition, the collar is SUPER HARD! I'm coming here to try to come back and collect the fee. Very disappointed with the whole process ☹
