Review on 🎧 AFTERSHOKZ Aeropex Open-Ear Wireless Bone Conduction Headphones: IP67 Rated and Vibrant Blue Eclipse Design by Jennifer Johnson

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I hope it's a coincidence. Returns process Ghost me :(

First, they do exactly what they were designed to do. Allows you to hear audio from your device while still hearing your surroundings. Sound quality is surprisingly good, even for bone conduction. However .After 3 days my AreoPex stopped working They wouldn't turn on or charge I issued a refund directly with Aftershokz (in hindsight I should have gone through Revain) It was easy They made a claim and gave me a return The Dispatch and the headphones were shipped the same day.A few days later they confirmed receipt of the goods, then the status of my return was marked as "waiting" for a week.I contacted through their website, they assured that They would Contact me with an update It came 3 days later in the form of an email saying 'Good news ten! We've received and processed your headphones and a new pair is on the way! Stay tuned for a tracked delivery confirmation email. to number. Your warranty is effective from the date of your original purchase." A few more days and guess what I don't have yet. An email with that tracking number (not to mention a replacement pair of headphones). To be clear: I ordered and received my headphones in 1 day, worked 3 days, Aftershokz had them in 5 days (3 business days, they were delivered), I heard nothing for 8 days and initiated the connection myself, two days later I received an answer, that they will be shipped (no date given) Only 15 days since they returned to the Revain rant They may all have been quarantined Work COVID-19, Work.
