Item as shown. For those who just started doing nails and ordered this, these are nail tattoos. That means they need to be soaked in water for 30 seconds to a minute. First you need to remove the plastic wrap. It is easier to apply and move on a wet nail. It also stands out more if it's a light color. You will also need a top coat to secure it. I haven't tried it on a darker nail. There were also 2 stickers with flowers, so there aren't many butterflies. If you had any trouble with this product I hope this helps.
