We did a pretty intense test! Our youth ministry bought 4 of these so we can play 3 7x7 flag soccer games at the same time. We bought the 4th to have a backup. After hours of intense testing, these flags are a great product! They work well and tend to come off individually rather than the entire strap, preventing cheating and keeping the game moving. The velcro is strong so the flags won't accidentally fall off if the player makes sure all flags are secured before playing. To ensure build quality, several flag straps broke during gameplay. I wasn't embarrassed - after all, we play flag football for several hours. Why didn't I expect something to break during a sporting event? I had an extra pack for 2-3 that broke and was out of turn. If you're hosting a big event these flags are great, but buy an extra pack as people break things when the goal is to literally tear down someone's flag. A few notes: - The flags come in a small carrying case. It's an amazing thing to receive a product, but returning the flags is almost impossible. Don't waste time trying. There are small cones in the kit, but they are ineffective. I haven't even tried using them on the lawn; they would be almost impossible to see on the grass. Plan to bring your own skittles. Each bag also contains 1 flag, which is also small. I can't really compare it, although I have no experience with normal ref flags.
