I like how easy it was for my staff to use this system when we had an issue with our POS. It did not make things overly complicated but simple enough that everyone could pick up their own pace in learning about using smart order as well as making changes or updates if needed without assistance of other employees who may be trained better than they are! There isn't much I dislike though once you get used to how everything works there really aren't any issues at all since it's so straightforward. We've been able to easily update prices throughout each day by just changing them and then having orders automatically change for us too which has helped immensely because we can see what products have sold through over time instead relying solely off memory. Overall great experience. This program allowed me (the owner) to create separate accounts such as manager account/admin account etc. So that one person didn't need access to every part of the business while another does.
