It works, but takes practice!

Like other reviewers, initial attempts to use this polygel ended in complete failure. The nails fell off within the first day or two. However, after some practice, they will last a week or more. I'm pretty sure I'll keep improving with more practice. Some important things to remember: First, make sure you remove ALL dead skin from the nail. Push the cuticle completely away from the nail. If you have no experience with this, find some instructions and then spend a lot of time preparing your nails. After removing excess skin, wash and dry your hands to remove dust, dirt, etc. Then dehydrate them with alcohol and a polygel brush. Apply alcohol to the cuticles as well. Apply a very thin layer of base coat. Finally, make sure you keep the polygel away from cuticles or skin on the side walls of your nails. Here, too, the slightest contact with the skin leads to a lifting. Also, I don't use double forms. I've had more success shaping them with sticker shapes that go under the edge of the nail. I definitely recommend it, but with the caveat that it takes practice to master!
