Great Product! I've been struggling with severe hyperpigmentation for a number of years. I have very light Irish skin and have never put sunscreen on my face because I live in South Carolina where summer temperatures typically top 100C and the humidity makes it almost unbearable to wear a heavy layer of sunscreen on my face. It's like being covered in layers of wax. Fast forward a few years and I now have large areas of hyperpigmentation on the left side of my face from driving. I spent hundreds of dollars to go to the dermatologist and they prescribed me Retin-A but it was too hard for me. My skin is sensitive and within a few days I was scaling like a snake and had chemical burns on my cheeks. After reading a lot about different skincare alternatives, I heard that vitamin C along with some glycolic products can be good for sensitive skin. In just a few weeks of using glycolic products specially formulated for sensitive skin, combined with this vitamin C cleanser, I can already see the dark spots on my skin disappearing more than ever with a Retin-A prescription , and they have never been softer . Even the huge pores in my T-zone have improved a lot. I believe in the benefits of vitamin C for the skin, especially in treating skin issues like hyperpigmentation. I cannot recommend this product enough. Cheaper than at the dermatologist and gentler on sensitive skin. Caution: Vitamin C and similar foods cause extreme sun sensitivity. If you're not already using sunscreen, start right away and never go outside while using these products without applying them liberally.
