The simplicity is one thing I like about this software product; it's easy enough that even someone who has never worked with an enterprise ticketing system can get up in running quickly! It also offers many different features which makes solving problems easier than ever before - especially if you work remotely or have multiple teams/departments working together (such team collaboration!). We're able solve our problem tickets very efficiently through using services now integration tool called hurican siamp+. There are some minor bugs here but nothing major we couldn't handle by contacting their support directly via email / phone call when needed. Highly recommended solution since there might be other solutions out theyre way more expensive compared too huricans price point so far everything i've tried works well within my budget limit :).
