I love this formula. Don't let the "baby food" label frustrate you. I contacted the company directly and asked why they have this label when the nutritional information is the same as Similac infant formula and other products. Her answer startled me. They said breast milk is best for babies so they recommend breast milk for the first year and then this formula. No other money-hungry company would say that. My 6 month old son loves it and doesn't have tummy problems like other big branded products that contain dairy. I've been supplementing it for 4 months due to serious health issues (both his and mine) that have drastically reduced my supply. I highly recommend this formula. Incidentally, it is in the 90th percentile of all growth measures. He's definitely not going to be "starved" by this vegan formula, as some people have suggested to me. lol.
