Review on Zoo Med Reptisun Terrarium Hood by Andrea Turnon

I have this in my leopard gecko terrarium. It doesn't need UVB but I've seen it recommended from time to time so I got this to be able to. The white-red light has a good effect on the plants and looks beautiful. I don't use a blue night light very often because I'm afraid it might be too bright for the gecko at night. I turn it on when I need to get something out of the terrarium at night and it doesn't seem to matter. That's enough for me to see what I'm doing, which is good. I have an Exo Terra Medium Low aquarium and the 24" light I bought is a bit too big for it. Big enough that the light doesn't hang off the sides. My only real concern with this light is the position of the switch .One of the switches is located just below the foot that holds the light, making it difficult to press.
