Too small and the top doesn't stay open
It was so cute I really wanted it but overall it was too small for adult cats and the top doesn't stay open enough for them to see where they come in. It might work for kittens or small cats if you put them in a few times to help them learn, but my 2 year old cats were way too big and just not interested.
