Bottom corner damaged/delivered unpackaged

Just received about an hour ago. I'm a bit disappointed. The case itself feels solid and I like the soft feel, however the bottom was sent to me with a damaged corner. I noticed that it wasn't wrapped in airtight plastic like the top either. The protective film was also damaged.
