This is a well made, quality mount. That's the real deal. The instructions are clear and the parts are well marked. My only suggestion is that the manufacturer add a template. Attempting to mark pilot holes while holding a bulky and heavy mount is difficult even for two people. Here are my suggestions: 1. I made a template out of cardboard2. After attaching the template to the wall, I used a push pin to mark the pilot holes3. We cannot fasten the screws with the included wrench, you need a drill. Do not use the Philips nozzle, the thread will break. Use an 11mm allen key.
