As some other reviews said this would be an amazing product if they used better materials! I haven't had it very long and found with great regret that the stopper's plastic contact broke mid-game. They contain a few metal parts and even add a metal part to your trigger so you might think they would make the contact more solid plastic or metal. Disappointed, it won't last very long. Let's see if the supplementary insurance covers the replacement. [Update]: The company was kind enough to see my review and send me a replacement which was very nice, however after receiving and using the replacement I had the exact same issue with the part that comes with Your trigger contact broke within 4 days of use. Because of this, I honestly cannot recommend this product unless you plan on continuing to purchase replacements. There are better/more reliable options for trigger stop mods and I would recommend these instead. [Update - 6/12/21] While this item wasn't the best for me, I have to say that Extreme's customer service has been exceptional. They were very understanding, accommodating, transparent and sociable. I deal with many companies as for me customer service is one of the things I value very much and will decide if I will work with the company again no matter how good or bad the product is. In my honest opinion they did everything and for that I have to add 2 stars. They also support their products and easily take care of you if something goes wrong. Please note other companies. Will definitely keep looking for them for future controller mods (not trigger stops lol).
