Cameras are pre-paired so initial setup is pretty quick. In my uploaded video, I temporarily set up 3 indoor cameras to get used to it. I will install them all outdoors later. Pros: - Contains everything you need. I just plugged in the monitor and monitor cable, everything else was included - cameras are pre-paired, easy initial setup - good image quality, nice colors, good auto night vision switching - decent instructions, not big but decent - ready to use with no monthly fees. all inclusive, no additional purchases. - the ability to download recorded video to a memory card via the USB port. Very simple, not shown in my uploaded video. Cons: - Mouse-only navigation takes some getting used to. - no sound. it is only video, no sound. -marginal app. I don't plan on using the app but I set it up and it's honestly nothing special. - 15 fps frame rate - Motion in recorded video is jerky, fps cannot be changed. It took me a few hours to find comfortable navigation through the system interface. It's not very convenient, but I got used to it and now I can manage camera settings, view and download clips. Clips can be searched by camera + date + time range and each clip is a separate AVI file when uploaded. It actually works quite well once I get used to it. I give him 5 stars. Corresponds to the description and serves its purpose. This system is a good choice for small commercial spaces as well as residential applications. Note, however, that this system requires more technical knowledge than the homeowner's simpler standalone cameras.
